August 1973 - Pre "The Studio" era collaborative art from Bernie Wrightson & Michael Kaluta & Howard Chaykin - original interior comic book art + A Look Back Softcover autographed / signed book lot. So, Sword of Sorcery book number 3 comic book original published interior art page 30 of book which is page 22 of story. Howard Chaykin did the illustrious pencils on this extraordinary action page with a lovely lady in combat. Bernie Wrightson did the primary inks on this as is most evident in that lower right-hand panel which looks like Abel asleep in bed about to be slaughtered. Michael Kaluta is said to have also assisted as his backup inker for this page. This particular book was a literal Who's Who of artists and inkers from that era with a half dozen collaborators involved on a page by page basis throughout the entire book. Included as well is my personal copy of Bernie Wrightson's 1991 Christopher Enterprise book "A Look Back", signed for me by Bernie in person about 20 years ago, at a White Plains New York Comic-Con.
Excellent condition page and book. The softcover book does have some light dirtiness on the inside front cover as it is a white background and it sat on a Shelf for 30 years.
