Comics titles that never officially saw print in regular form, as they were part of the famous "DC Implosion" of the late 1970's, which resulted in the cancellation of a number of titles. Please note that this is not one of the original 35 copies, it is one of the reprint sets that were plastic comb-bound (which you can see in the scans). Please do not ask us to make copies, as we will not do so.
The issues are in black and white, as this was an ashcan-type format featuring copies from the art, and Volume 1 includes: Black Lightning #12, and the cover to #13, Claw #13 and 14, The Deserter #1, Doorway to Nightmare #6, Firestorm #6, and The Green Team #2 and 3. Volume 2 includes: Kamandi #60 and 61, Prez #5, Shade #9, Showcase #105 (Deadman) and 106 (The Creeper), Steel #6, Secret Society of Super-Villains #16 and 17 (which looks like it is in un-inked pencil form), and The Vixen #1, as well as cover images of Army At War #2, Battle Classics #3, Demand Classics #1 and #2, Dynamic Classics #3, Mr. Miracle #26, Ragman #6, Weird Mystery #25 and #26, and Western Classics #1 and #2. This is a great set for any DC completist who never got to read the final issues of these series, not to mention they include artwork and covers many never got to see by the legendary Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, Jim Aparo, Michael Golden, Mike Kaluta, Joe Kubert, and more!
