Superman #377 p2 (1982) Curt Swan / Dave Hunt. This page features panels of both Superman and Terra-Man. Terra-Man is a favorite Bronze Age villain and pages featuring him seem to be in demand for a premium. You've got multiple panels of him riding his winged steed along with a couple nice images of Superman in flight especially that fifth panel. The bottom of the page is signed by Swan.
White-out and blue pencil were used as part of the creative process. First panel has a spelling correction paste-on. Three of the four corners are trimmed.
