Not The Famous Fanzine "The Eye" by BILJO WHITE. Scarce Golden Age original comic book art. "The Eye" is a four-page detective / crime story. It appeared in the long-running Jumbo Comics published by Fiction House. The comic book was an influential anthology starring jungle hero Sheena, and featured early art by legendary comics artists in the Eisner-Iger Shop. The series started in 1938, and this is issue No. 165, published in December, 1952. The series ended with No. "The Eye" was a short-lived addition to Jumbo Comics. Complete story is four pages. The last image shows that part of the top left "balloon" is missing.
