If you don't recognize the hero kneeling down on the cover, that's "The Protector" -- this promotional comic co-sponsored by Keebler couldn't have a Robin appearance because the Boy Wonder was licensed to another cookie company!
This cover was an illustration of Robin re-worked to be Protector because of some whited-out were applied to the leg of the Protector, where Robin green tight would have been. A Very Rare hard to find ONE OF A KIND'GRAIL' ORIGINAL ARTWORK.
