Travis Charest-Batman #488 Cover/ Original Art
This was pencilled by Travis Charest and inked by myself, Ray McCarthy. This item is from my own personal collection.
I normally wouldn't part with this, but need to do so for personal reasons. My loss is your gain however, and this is really a "one of a kind" piece that is sought after by just about every comic art dealer I know. It's really an incredible piece and features a couple of my favorite characters as well. As much as this speaks for itself, I do want to throw in more detailed info.
This item is fully framed. I don't know what kind of methods they used, so I can't tell you how that page is mounted. I'm not going to tear this frame apart, so this item will be bought "as is" fully framed. You can remove the piece once you own the cover.
On a good note, the cover has not yellowed with age. The logo is hand painted on a transparency that is stapled to the cover. That is the way they used to shoot it with a camera back in the day. For right now, I will have to sell this in the United States only.Let me know if you have any questions!
